These Terms apply to Cartel Rise (“Game”, “we”, “us”) on web and mobile. By using the Game you agree to these Terms.
Cartel Rise çevrimiçi bir oyun hizmetidir. Hesap oluşturabilir, oyun içi ilerleme kaydedebilir ve (varsa) uygulama içi satın alma yapabilirsiniz.
Cartel Rise is an online game service. You may create an account, save progress, and make in-app purchases where offered.
Doğru bilgiler vermek ve hesabınızı korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Başkasının hesabını kullanmak veya paylaşmak yasaktır.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Using or sharing another player’s account is prohibited.
Hile, bot, exploit, taciz, nefret söylemi, yasa dışı içerik ve mağaza / ödeme sisteminin kötüye kullanımı yasaktır. İhlallerde hesabı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
Cheating, bots, exploits, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, and abuse of store/payment systems are prohibited. We may suspend or close accounts for violations.
Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir. İade ve faturalandırma ilgili mağazanın politikalarına tabidir. Sanal ürünler gerçek para karşılığı satılamaz / aktarılamaz (aksi belirtilmedikçe).
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds follow the relevant store’s policies. Virtual items have no real-world cash value and are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.
Oyun, marka, görseller ve kod bize veya lisans verenlere aittir. İzinsiz kopyalama, tersine mühendislik veya yeniden dağıtım yasaktır.
The Game, brands, art, and code belong to us or our licensors. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution is forbidden.
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
Hesabınızı uygulama içinden (Ayarlar → Hesabı kapat) kapatabilirsiniz. Ayrıca hesap silme sayfasına ve destek e-postasına bakın.
You can close your account in-app (Settings → Close account). See also the account deletion page and support.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada veya oyun içinde duyurulabilir. Güncellemeden sonra oyunu kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be announced here or in-game. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
